STRATEGIC CSR PORTFOLIO | TIMIKA — PAPUA
Two separate biofloc sites. Two different tribal leaders. Two distinct communities.
BUILDING LOCAL CAPABILITY | CREATING SUSTAINABLE ENTERPRISE | EMPOWERING OAP COMMUNITIES
Community support should create the conditions for productive, inclusive and sustainable economic activity.
DEVELOPMENT PATHWAY
INFRASTRUCTURE > SKILLS > RESPONSIBLE OPERATIONS > MARKET PARTICIPATION > LOCAL VALUE
AREA 01 and AREA 02 are independent community sites with separate tribal leadership and community identity. The sites are related through the broader CSR portfolio, but they are not one fish farm and should not be presented as a single community project.
BIOFLOC FISH-FARMING SITE 01
First tribal leader and community | Approximately 90% complete
VERIFIED STATUS
Approximately 90% complete and awaiting fish fingerlings.
The covered biofloc tanks and supporting site infrastructure are substantially in place. Remaining preparation and commissioning activities must be completed before operations begin. The next major milestone is the introduction of fish fingerlings.
BIOFLOC FISH-FARMING SITE 02
Different tribal leader and different community | Separate location and development story
SITE IDENTITY
Area 02 must remain separately identified in all reporting, captions, monitoring records and future performance data.
Area 02 is a second, independent biofloc fish-farming site developed for another tribal leader and community. The photographic record documents the site's progression from land preparation and civil works through tank installation, water preparation and visible community participation.
Future production, employment, income and commercial outcomes are objectives — not current claims — unless supported by verified operating data. The current photographs demonstrate significant infrastructure progress. They do not, by themselves, establish operational production, employment levels, harvest volumes, income or commercial performance.
